I have always loved the art of storytelling. As a young girl, I was obsessed with reading and diving into as many worlds as I could. (This has not changed.)  Growing up in Los Angeles, I also had the amazing opportunity through a family members work in film to play on the Universal Hollywood backlot. Those were my first glimpses into the storytelling in production for tv and film. Also at Universal (coincidence?) I had Beetlejuice come sit with me on the tram when I was maybe 5 years old. It was love at first fright. Thus this created the formula that ultimately led me down the path of finding my own way to tell a story (and deep love for Halloween): through makeup.

I was that child that dug through her mom’s makeup and hair products, always experimenting. As I reached high school age, my girlfriends would come over to have their hair and makeup done before a big dance or event. I became a young mom, in a small town, and my makeup dreams got put on hold. My life revolved around my 3 small kids, and happily so.

Much later in 2013 I would get reacquainted with my old love, makeup. I began working in a video game bar that required me to dress up as various video game characters several times a week. This is where I fell in love with character makeup.. In 2018, I decided it was my time to follow my dreams and go to makeup school.

Thanks to that decision, I now get to bring characters and looks to life professionally. I am constantly looking to learn more, and expand my skill set through makeup, and now SFX and prosthetics. I hope you’ll hang out with me on this journey and let me help you tell your story.
